Good rant. I will support what you said about schools such as those in Baltimore. The National Center for Education Statistics (and yes, there is one) notes that 64% of minority students attend poorly performing schools such as those in Baltimore. SCOTUS recently ruled against racially biased selections at Harvard and UNC. The problem doesn't lie with minorities or with systemic racism. The problem lies with the fact that two thirds of minority students have zero chance of being qualified for acceptance to elite institutions (which include both Dave's and my alma maters). The nation is wasting the minds and talents of two thirds of the minority students. Wasting!

Dave, i follow the Baltimore schools situation bc my family spent eight years there in the 60’s. We are more at risk as a nation bc of our poor schools. They fail to teach students the three r’s and inculcate hatred of America.

The public schools unions are a powerful Marxist Front and should be called out as unAmerican. Eliminating their power is the best place to start.
